About WAFFA

The Wharton Alumnae Founders & Funders Association (WAFFA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Our mission is to accelerate the success of Wharton and Penn female founders and investors. We launched WAFFA after learning that over 50% of alumni are women – but only 13% of Penn founders are female and they raise just 6% of venture capital. WAFFA aims to connect, support, inspire and celebrate our community.
