Jory will share his journey, scratches and scars – what worked and what didn’t? Why this matters. Learn what role “Exceptional Leadership” plays in entrepreneurial success for Founders, Funders and Friends. Most importantly, discover the five-letter secret to ultimate success.
Founders and Funders have many visions of success, some dream of small boutiques to meet local needs, some to improve major social issues (climate change, civil rights/gender equality, famine, healthcare, etc.), while some want to be the next “Unicorn.” It doesn’t matter the size of the dream, there are some essential components for goal achievement.
You will be able to answer the following questions:
- What is it all businesses do all the time?
- What can we learn from a “rocking chair?”
- Do the “rules/best practices” change at different stages of growth?
- Which companies thrive better: functional or dysfunctional?
- Is it better to bring on teammates who share the same skills and view, or to select those who are different?
- Is it better to lean in or lean out?
- How your first success impacts future success?
- How to be an exceptional leader – born or made?
